SOF Compensator – M14x1 LH
The Clawgear SOF Compensator is specifically designed for AK platforms with M14x1 LH muzzle threads. It reduces recoil and muzzle rise to improve control and precision during rapid fire—ideal for dynamic operations and professional use in CQB scenarios.
The expansion chamber directs gases upward and to the sides to stabilize the weapon, while the closed bottom prevents dust signature during prone shooting. The front is equipped with integrated breacher spikes made of hardened steel for forced entry tasks. The body is constructed from high-strength steel with a corrosion-resistant hard coating.
Featuring twelve locking notches, the compensator is compatible with most AK-type front sight bases. Installation is done by screwing the device counterclockwise onto the barrel and engaging the retaining pin. Before using a suppressor, ensure the compensator is fully seated and does not move. The integrated NATO A2 interface supports QD suppressors such as the B&T Rotex V.
