The Clawgear Starblast Flash Hider was specifically developed for tactical use under low-light conditions. Unlike muzzle brakes, which primarily reduce recoil, this device is focused on effectively suppressing muzzle flash. This significantly reduces the shooter’s visual signature and makes detection more difficult – especially on short-barreled rifles where flash intensity is typically high.
The design features weight-optimizing cutouts that ensure maximum durability with minimal weight. The Starblast series is equipped with a NATO A2-compatible interface and is engineered to align concentrically with the bore axis, enabling precise and repeatable use with suppressors. These characteristics make it ideally suited for modern operational profiles in military and law enforcement environments.
