SG553 Blast Forward Compensator
The Clawgear Blast Forward Compensator (BFC) is designed for applications where muzzle gases need to be directed strictly forward. It significantly reduces the shooter’s and adjacent team members’ exposure to sound, blast pressure, and powder residues. Particularly suitable for use in confined environments (CQB), on shooting ranges, and during parallel team operations.
The BFC features a linear compensator design with three expansion chambers. These guide muzzle gases directly forward to noticeably reduce recoil and muzzle rise. The closed-body construction optimizes the gas flow direction, enhancing user protection. Integrated breacher spikes made from hardened steel allow for barrier penetration in CQB scenarios and serve as a mounting interface for tools. Manufactured from high-strength steel and treated with a durable black surface coating, the BFC is built for long-term use under demanding operational conditions. Compatible with the Swiss Arms SG553 (M14x1 left-hand thread).
