The body is injection molded from a high-quality, impact-resistant polymer for superb durability and weather resistance. Thanks to the sturdy design and IPX7 rating, Switch Rail is water and rain-proof.
Two Ultrabright LEDs form the base of the lamp - one IR and one red. Both generate a 10lm beam with a battery runtime of 36 hours.
Two 2016 batteries provide power for the headlamp.
A top-mounted button is used to operate and cycle headlamp modes. The flashlight uses the Princeton Tec versatile mounting system. This solution enables attachment to PALS/Molle platforms, Picatinny rails, and reverse rails.
